  I don’t understand the complaints of long lines because it’s literally on Lavista like it’s a busy branch, you should be aware when walking in. Anyway I did wait to get a credit card with this branch and my rep was Lacey and she was great. I am a young banker and she answered any questions I had even if they were dumb. She was patient and explained everything well. She went above and beyond. I didn’t mind waiting when the service I got was exceptional. She was personal and not stand offish. I was very happy with my service despite having to wait. It’s America we have lines everywhere if you’re not willing to wait a few minutes then I suggest finding another location. They do have a large amount of customers.

  Ja'nai gave me perfect service, she was very nice she gave me my BEST experience I ever had since I have been banking with Wells Fargo. All new associates should be trained by her because she is wonderful.
